Spend a dream day with the whole family at a site unique in France. These caves are designed to welcome the general public. The Canalettes cave, also known as "the underground Versailles of the Pyrenees", is a symphony at the center of the earth.

The Grotte des Canalettes, at the foot of the Massif du Canigou, near Villefranche-de-Conflent, reveals unique natural wonders. From the striated walls of the Cupules corridor to the immaculate purity of the Salle Blanche, every nook and cranny reveals the millennia-old work of water. Under the rocky balcony, witness to the ages, and in the Nave with its eccentric concretions, nature shows itself to be both powerful and delicate. The Angkor Temple impresses with its architecture, while Martel's Tomb recalls the history of speleology. From the top of the Dome to the bottom of the Abyss, the cave reveals the eternal dance of tectonic plates.
