Take advantage of the "Bouteilles à la mer " event to discover the wines of exceptional wineries:
Mas Baux, Château des Hospices, Vignobles Bonfils - Château l' Esparrou, Domaine Lafage and Domaine de l'Arca, have been present since the beginning of this fine gourmet event.
And for this 7th edition, other winemakers will be on hand to offer visitors an increasingly diverse range of wines: Mas Latour Lavail, Clos D'Elpis, Domaine Singla, Domaine Pagnon and Domaine Arquiris.
Côtes du Roussillon reds, whites and rosés, all served by the winemaker himself.
A unique concept: bottle ageing at sea
Canet's seaside wine-growing terroir led the town of Canet-en-Roussillon to develop a unique concept: immersing bottles of wine!
The story: the wines are stored in the Etang de Leucate in oyster racks set at a depth of over 3 meters for 8 months. The bottles that emerge are works of nature!

Attention wine lovers, epicureans and the curious!
From gourmet walks in the vineyards...
Depart late afternoon for a stroll through the vineyards, punctuated by 5 gourmet stops.
At each stop, the winegrowers will welcome you to share their expertise and discover their vintages, traditionally aged in the cellar and aged at sea, all accompanied by an appetizer concocted by Chef Ruben Gomez, Toque blanche du Roussillon.
Stage 1: Pan con tomate and Iberian ham.
Stage 2: Verrine of chive cream, cucumber and smoked salmon.
Stage 3: Mackerel rillette and rice chips.
Stage 4: Basil gazpacho.
Stage 5: Truffle brie on gingerbread.
... to a gourmet sunset meal
Once you've completed your tour of the vineyards, head for a unique spot between the sea, a pond and a magical view of the Canigou mountain range!
As the sun sets, participants will gather among the vines to savor chef Ruben Gomez's signature dish, Toque Blanche du Roussillon, featuring Japanese barbecued fish fillet, seasonal vegetables, crumbled blue crab and bisque. For dessert, Mel i Mato and roasted apricot crisp with rosemary.
