For lovers of water sports and thrills, head for the "Quai des Loisirs" in the port of Canet-en-Roussillon. If you feel like it, come and take a deep breath of iodized air suspended in the air with an initiation to parasailing, sail on the waves aboard a maxi catamaran that will hoist its sails and let itself be carried by the wind, or ride a jet ski to set off on an adventure and discover our beautiful Mediterranean coast...
If you don't have sea legs, Canet beach is the ideal playground for sports and leisure activities with your feet in the sand and a 180° view of the sea. Freely accessible or supervised by qualified professionals, come and keep fit and have fun. On the program: yoga, fitness, water walking, aquagym, zumba, pilates, soccer, volleyball... it's fun, friendly and free!

7pm: It's aperitif time, and time to gather with family and friends on a seaside terrace to share a delicious homemade cocktail while gazing at the horizon.
8:30pm: It's time to discover the local specialties of our beautiful Catalan country. All along the promenade, the view of the sea is incredible, and the restaurateurs will warmly welcome you to their terraces to make this an unforgettable evening.
10:30 pm: As night falls, there's nothing quite like watching a movie under the stars at one of our open-air cinema sessions. Lie back on the beach, bury your feet in the still-warm sand and enjoy an extraordinary experience.
