This 5th edition of the Salon du Chocolat et d'l'artisanat gourmand offers an exquisite and absolutely divine program.
- Exceptional presence of chocolatiers from Camprodon (South Catalonia)
- Enthronement by the Confrérie des Chocolatiers Catalans of Mr PUJOL, 5th generation of the Chocolatiers Catalans du Sud.
- Delicious demonstrations and tastings.
- Chocolate fountain
- Children's workshops : Saturday and Sunday, 2pm to 5pm
- Book signing by Jean-Luc MODAT, food critic and author of 2 books on Catalan cuisine.
- Light refreshments on site
Bake a cake!
On the occasion of the Salon du Chocolat et de l'artisanat gourmand, the Confrérie des Chocolatiers Catalans invites you and your family to take part in "Make a cake".
Theme 2024: Make a chestnut cake for 6 people.
(your creation must be accompanied by your recipe).
See you on Sunday November 17 at Les Voiles Rouges:
- 2pm: "Make a cake" participants are invited to drop off their creations.
- 4pm: Jury deliberation.
- 4:30pm: Prize-giving ceremony for the winners.
